As Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing marketing strategies across a diverse portfolio, including branded and own-label ambient goods. You'll work closely with the Commercial, Insights, and Technical teams to ensure the seamless execution of marketing initiatives, with a focus on building brand equity and enhancing customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
* Drive innovation by identifying market trends and opportunities for new product development (NPD).
* Enhance brand visibility through digital platforms, social media, and targeted advertising.
* Establish and uphold brand guidelines to ensure consistency and impact.
* Collaborate across departments to produce compelling marketing materials and sales collateral.
* Analyse performance metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness and ROI.
What We're Looking For
* Experience in marketing, ideally within FMCG
* A 2.1 degree or higher in business, marketing, or a related field
* A proactive self-starter with a track record of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
* Creative, articulate, and results-driven, with a passion for food and innovation.
