Senior Residential Support Worker Rowlands Gill £15 per hour Full Time Pin Point Health and Social Care is seeking highly motivated and compassionate Support Workers to join our client's dedicated health and social care service. As a Senior Residential Support Worker, you will provide exceptional support to vulnerable individuals with Autism and learning disabilities, empowering them to lead independent and fulfilling lives. The successful candidates should have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and have a passion for providing support to vulnerable individuals. You will be required to develop a deep understanding of individual needs and provide a person-centred approach to support, ensuring all aspects of their emotional, social, and physical needs are met. Candidates will have prior experience in a similar role, but training and development programs will be provided.
