Social Media Executive needed to join us and help create a best-in-class social experience.
The opportunity:
We are looking for a superstar Social Media Executive to primarily support a world-renowned retailer with their social media strategy and day-to-day execution, to create a best-in-class social experience. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate your understanding and knowledge about social media best practices, and look for inspiring, innovative and creative ways for consumers to connect and make purchases via social platforms across our other clients in the portfolio too.
What you’ll be doing:
* Execute Day-to-Day: Working closely alongside Client social team to execute on the day-to-day brand social across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Social Strategy: Support Senior Social Strategist and Brand Team to expand current social strategy initiative to enable growth.
* Organisation: Support with the management of the Content Calendar for Social as well as content ideation and conception.
* Influencer & Content: Work closely with the Brand Team to support with Influencer Collaborations and other content outreach initiatives.
* Paid Social: Work alongside Client social team to strategise, support, and execute on Paid Social activities across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Reporting, Insight and Analytics: Create weekly and monthly insight reports on Social activity across all live platforms and distribute as required.
Additional Asks outside of Primary Client:
* Supporting Head of Social and the wider team with Social Strategy engagements for clients, working closely with key client stakeholders to discover, define, deliver, and drive social engagements to help accelerate their business and improve ROI.
* Supporting the wider team with social media execution activity across clients, including calendar management, reporting, and optimisation.
* Support wider team by contributing to key RFPs, client proposals, and pitches.
* Work closely with the Head of Social to ensure a holistic approach to all planning and activity, supporting with outputs where necessary.
What we want from you:
* Good understanding of working with social media, social platforms, and social strategy.
* Good organisational and time management skills to be able to support with the execution of multiple simultaneous project deadlines.
* Confident and persuasive, with good presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strong desire to learn and grow, actively acquiring further knowledge about social media, digital, and commerce, and being able to apply this expertise to provide a best-in-class experience to clients.
If you know some of this, even better:
* Degree qualified in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business.
* Experience of working with global brands from a digital perspective.
* Previous experience working in an agency.
* Previous experience with Paid Social and/or Performance Marketing is desirable.
