Our client, a well-established and professional organisation based in Shrewsbury has a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in the Property Management sector.
The ideal candidate for this permanent Block Property Manager role will be a car driver/owner who is educated to at least A’ Level standard in Maths and English, have previous experience in an office-based customer service / problem solving role along with strong, confident communication skills.

Your day to day duties will involve:-
* Carrying out periodic property inspections and ensuring all H&S regulations are maintained and preparing site reports.
* Arranging maintenance for all areas
* Preparing and working within budgets and maintaining client accounts
* Ensuring the building, Directors and Officers insurance is in place
* Attending EGMs, AGMs, Directors’ and Residents’ meetings
* Producing correspondence and dealing with own administration including Section 20
* Dealing with breaches of the lease and liaising with landlord and leaseholders
* Liaising with, obtaining quotes and appointing contractors
* Property Sales (Assignment of the Lease)
* Dealing with complaints and using problem solving skills
You will need:-
* Previous office-based customer service / problem solving experience
* Understanding of the difference between leasehold and freehold
* To be a driver with your own car (Due to the travelling involved)
* Degree educated but a minimum of A ‘Level Maths and English is considered
* To take part and complete all mandatory online training courses
* Confident, clear and professional communication skills both written and oral

Starting salary of £26,000pa + car allowance of £3,500pa, full training & study support, career prospects, 25 days holiday + lots more. Hours are Mon to Fri 9.00am – 5.30pm with 1 hour lunch or 9.00am to 5.00 with half hour lunch.
