As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our client’s facilities by ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial statements. Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually + 10% bonus (dependent on company performance)
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Perform month-end close procedures, including preparing and recording manual journal entries
* Analyze facility-level financial statements and provide insightful analysis
* Communicate proactively with facility and field stakeholders on monthly financial results
* Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts
* Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and resolve outstanding items
* Prepare partnership distributions
* Train and mentor market accountants to ensure continued development
* Review the work of market accountants and provide effective feedback
* Use independent judgment and analytical skills to resolve inquiries
* Assist and drive team and company initiatives
What You’ll Need to be Considered:
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
* Strong GL accounting experience with multi-entity experience
* Advanced MS Excel skills
* 4+ years of accounting experience
* Ability to adapt and pivot as needed
* Strong understanding of financial statements
