A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST EXPERIENCE EXECUTIVE AT THE WESTIN LONDON CITY What you'll be doing Reporting to the Guest Experience Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. Assisting the Guest Experience Manager along with full support to the Front of House Manager and Front Desk Team. Welcoming/bidding farewell to VIP guests while complying with BSA standards. Updating and executing the VIP list daily and liaising with the relevant department. Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service. Encourage and actively seek guest feedback, including first contact support with guest issues.
