We are looking for a Housing Assistant to join our Hamilton Area office team. You will undertake a wide range of clerical duties which will include liaising with internal and external customers to ensure the effective provision of the service, as well as word processing, filing, and photocopying.
You will be required to demonstrate the ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively, responding to changing priorities and contributing to team goals and projects. You should also demonstrate the necessary skills to use all relevant IT systems and software applications, particularly having a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
You will provide a front-line face-to-face service to our customers; therefore, a commitment to the principles of customer care is essential, along with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
