Position: Sales Manager
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.30 am to 5.30pm
Location: Pimlico Road
Salary: Dependent on experience
Exciting opportunity to join one of the Uk leading flooring experts. Our client is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead trade and retail sales, fostering strong connections within the Architecture and Design (A&D) community. They’ll play a pivotal role in developing and implementing sales strategies for both UK and international markets. A role that suits someone highly motivated and creative, with previous experience in the furniture or interiors industry. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact within a growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and sustain strong relationships with the A&D community.
* Contribute to the development of contract sales strategies, with a focus on securing new projects in hotels, restaurants, and offices.
* Support the expansion of sales strategies for new overseas markets.
* Conduct regular product presentations for A&D professionals across London and the UK.
* Oversee project management from initial meetings through to final delivery.
* Manage participation in industry trade shows and festivals, including Decorex and London Craft Week.
* Assist in planning and coordinating showroom events and activities.
* Maintain the CRM system and provide regular performance reports to the director.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in the furniture or interiors industry.
* Established network within the A&D community.
* Sales experience in the US market would be an advantage.
* Strong passion for interior design or textiles.
* Proactive, organized, and driven by sales goals.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Efficient time management skills and the ability to work independently.
