Job Description We’re recruiting for a Senior Compliance Analyst to join our Asset Management Division on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. In this role you will support our regulated entities by contributing to the overall delivery of Conduct Advisory activity – which will include carrying out advisory functions, generating management information and providing compliance advisory support to allocated areas of the business. This role would be ideal for someone with Regulatory Compliance experience in the Asset Management industry. This is a hybrid working opportunity which means you can split your working week between our Central London Offices and your home. What you'll be doing: Providing compliance advisory support to the business in respect of one or more asset classes or business areas, including advising on the application of applicable regulatory rules including global compliance policies & procedures. Staying up to date on the latest compliance laws and regulation in order to support business stakeholders in understanding the direct and indirect impacts of any legal or regulatory changes. Ensuring that your activity is focused in order to best deliver risk-based conduct risk and compliance value add activities, whilst remaining curious and proactively identifying additional areas of activity that will bring further business benefit. Assisting in building and managing key relationships with internal and external customers to ensure a deep understanding of Conduct Advisory requirements/activities and the requirement for adherence to policies and procedures. Assisting in the planning and delivery of compliance advice for allocated business area/compliance activities, including creating internal communication materials to support business awareness and understanding. Working with the Head of Asset Class Oversight to ensure that timely, relevant and accurate conduct risk metrics/MI is available for allocated asset classes. Personally, maintaining a detailed knowledge of Group policies and compliance & conduct risk requirements. As well as keeping abreast of external changes and developments more broadly. Playing an active part in the wider Global Compliance team, supporting colleagues as required, in order to achieve the right outcomes for the Asset Management Division.
