Spitfire Homes is a forward-thinking, modern, privately-owned property development company specialising in the construction of sustainable, high-quality bespoke residential dwellings.
We are looking for a new Sales Consultant to join our team, covering one of our collections in the Cheltenham area.
Key Responsibilities
* Delivering sales in line with the agreed sales rate and revenue targets
* Maintaining high standards in terms of the presentation of the sales area and show homes
* Handling inbound enquiries, whilst actively managing the database of leads to secure sales
* Sales progression post reservation, liaising with the relevant parties to exchange contracts in a timely manner
* Delivering an excellent service throughout the various stages of the customer journey
* Maintaining an awareness of your competitors and their sales and marketing activity
* Liaising with the on-site construction team to drive presentation and remain aware of the build programme
* Complying with relevant health & safety requirements
Requirements
* Full driving licence
* Previous experience within a sales role
* Commercial acumen, with a resilient nature
* Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
* Able to work in a team and on own initiative
* Attention to detail and highly conscious of the importance of presentation
* Confident communicator (written and verbal)
* Strong organisational skills
* Plenty of drive with a strong sense of ownership
Hours of work: 37.5 hrs per week, including weekend working
Salary: TBC based on experience – basic salary plus commission
Benefits: 25 days of annual leave per annum plus bank holiday allowance, company car, private medical insurance, medical cash plan and pension.
