Flair Rugs has a fantastic opportunity for a Visual Merchandiser to support our retail partner across Southwest England and the South of Wales. We're preparing for a busy period of refits with our retail partners, which will require more travel and overnight stays to ensure the refits are successful. In this role, you'll be on the road to ensure our store changes meet the highest standards and to provide continuous, optimal support to our retail partners. Who Are We? Come and Join Us As a Visual Merchandiser, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our retail partner, ensuring product displays are visually appealing, and meeting customer satisfaction standards. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, have strong organisational skills, and be able to work independently to manage assigned territory. About You Previous visual merchandising experience with medium to large goods. Experience of stock movements and warehousing is an advantage but not essential Proficient in computer and mobile applications for reporting and communication. Possess a valid, full, and clean UK driving license. Retail background with a proven track record of achieving goals is highly desirable. Independent worker with time management skills to meet the needs of customer. Flexible for overnight stays and travel. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills Physically capable and able to handle the demands of installing and maintaining large, heavy display equipment. Key Responsibilities Liaise with store managers to optimise visual merchandising. Maintain store manager relationships, promptly addressing needs and resolving issues. Implement and upkeep POS materials and planograms per company guidelines. Execute store installations, refits, and shop-fitting tasks, including equipment setup, fixture installation, and stocking. Collaborate with Retail Support Team to meet company goals. Efficiently manage territory, ensuring regular store visits and strong retailer ties. Conduct pre-season merchandising to prep stores for new products. Exceed customer satisfaction standards, aiming for continual improvement. Salary: £25,000 per annum. Contract: Full Time, Permanent, 37.50 hours per week On the Road: You’ll be provided a company van to look after a territory of around 27 stores within the Southwest England and the South of Wales.
