Bell Cornwall Recruitment are seeking a professional and hardworking individual to join a close-knit reputable accounting firm. Our client is hiring an experienced Office Administrator with the opportunity of full training and a long term prospect of progression.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Covering reception when needed
2. Scanning and filing documents
3. Opening client files
4. Composing professional letters
5. Processing bills and invoices
6. Preparing letters and reports for clients and the wider team
7. Organising web files and online documents
8. Welcoming and onboarding new clients
9. Answering calls and managing client enquiries
10. Operating mail by handling incoming and outgoing posts
11. Assisting the admin team with wider tasks when needed
The successful candidate:
12. Expert in Microsoft Office including Outlook and Excel
13. Organised and well presented
14. Experience working in a similar office environment
15. Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with professional clients
16. Meticulous attention to detail and problem solving skills
17. Excellent time management skills
18. Discretion and discernment skills to handle confidential matters
