Highly regarded within the industry, our client has built an outstanding reputation for delivering bespoke advice and wealth planning expertise to clients across the UK.

What you'll be doing:
* To develop and improve the quality of the advice across the practice.
* To develop policies, procedures to help deliver the highest possible standards of client advice
* To support advisers to ensure suitable & compliant recommendations are made to their clients.
* To support the administration and paraplanning teams within their roles.
* Ensure delivery of an excellent service to their clients and help put the Consumer Duty principles at the heart of the firm
What you need to apply:
* Experience within Advice Quality, T&C and Compliance within an IFA
* Effective communication skills and capable of working in a busy environment
* Level 4 Diploma Qualified as a minimum
