As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing commercial data processes, ensuring high-quality data for business intelligence, and driving insights to support sales, marketing, and commercial strategies. Key Responsibilities : Data Management : Oversee the collection, storage, and organization of commercial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Salesforce CRM Optimization : Manage and optimize Salesforce to streamline data processes and ensure alignment with business objectives. Reporting & Analysis : Provide actionable insights from commercial data, creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior management and key stakeholders. Cross-Departmental Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure data is being used effectively to drive business strategies. Data Governance : Ensure compliance with data governance policies, maintaining high data quality standards and adhering to GDPR regulations. Forecasting & Strategy : Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning by providing data-driven insights on sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior.
