This role is key in providing administrative support to our multidisciplinary team of Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, and Therapy Support Workers in Children's Therapies.
We are looking for somebody who is efficient, able to prioritise workload, and manage varied tasks within the day. You will need to possess accurate audio-typing skills and preferably have knowledge of medical terminology. You should have great IT skills and the ability to learn the different systems used within the team. Good communication skills are essential.
This is a part-time role, working 22.5 hours per week. Working as part of a team of administrative staff, the responsibilities of our role are varied. Please see the attached JD for a full breakdown of duties.
