Account Manager

Responsible for managing a Principal Contractor Contract (s). Reporting to the relevant Business Lead, and through leading and developing a team, ensure that all contractual obligations are met including meeting the contract deliverables and owning the P&L balance sheet. Taking total responsibility for Supply Chain deliverables for both statutory and non-statutory works ensuring all health and safety requirements are met. The role will also involve supporting the client in meeting their compliance targets and supporting them on their Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability performance by driving excellence and championing continuous improvement through supply chain partners. Building strong client relationships is essential, always ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.

And as an Account Manager with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
* Develop a Strategic Account Plan and ensure that the contractual obligations are successfully delivered.
* Ensure that the Strategic Account Plan is clearly communicated and understood throughout the Contract and to others as appropriate.
* Manage the overall Contract performance (outputs) by conducting regular client reviews to inform performance and shape the Strategic Account Plan.
* Provide monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on performance against KPI’s and client specific data as required ensuring that delivery of planned, reactive, quoted and remedial works meet or beat the KPIs.
* Use data to provide insights to support positive change.
* Build strong client relationships built on trust to enable a true partnership.
* Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to support the successful delivery of the Contract.
* Build effective supply chain relationships and drive performance to ensure all Contract deliverables are met and obtain the best rates to ensure value for money.
* Manage the supply chain to deliver the contractual obligations in terms of planned, reactive, quoted and remedial works.
* Ensure that all statutory and non-statutory obligations are met.
* Ensure governance of Supply Chain compliance to all health, safety and environmental requirements and encourage positive health and safety behaviours within the team.
* Identify any supply chain performance issues and directly address and rectify as necessary.
* Lead by example and support and develop direct reports.
* Manage the Contract budget and ensure targets are met, ensuring effective debt and accruals management.
* Provide budgetary reporting to the client in terms of their spend and ensure accrual figures are provided highlighting any issues or opportunities that may arise.
* Identify any potential cost saving or added value opportunities for the client and provide supplementary reporting.
* Identify potential opportunities for Contract growth for the benefit of the client by sharing Bellrock’s wider portfolio.
What does it take?

Essential:
* Facilities Management qualification or equivalent experience
* Worked in a customer facing environment
* Worked in a Facilities Management environment and understands the industry/FM market
* Worked on a PC or Total FM Contract
* Commercial Contract awareness and understanding
* Experience of developing strong client relationships
* Experience of stakeholder and people management
* Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability awareness
* IT literate, particularly Powerpoint and Excel including data manipulation
* Experience of Budgetary Management
* Development and realisation of cost saving initiatives
* Experience of working with suppliers/ Procurement and evidence of maximising Supply Chain leverage
* Direct management of/communication with the Supply Chain
* Experience of data management, analysis and reporting
* Adherence to processes and procedures
* Basic technical understanding
Desirable:
* Worked in a facilities management / repairs and maintenance environment
* Educated to degree level
* IWFM Level 4 Qualified
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the Leicester office on a hybrid basis. Working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
