Based at the Ardrossan Locality Office. Reporting to the team manager, and working within the legislative process, you will work in safeguarding children and young people by undertaking assessments and formulating Child Plan's. As a team we have actively embraced Signs of Safety, with Safer Together, the post requires sound assessment skills, working collaboratively with partner agencies and the presentation of reports for Looked after Reviews and the Children's Hearing. Child protection is also an essential part of this post. As part of a team the applicant will be involved in the duty system. We welcome applications from experienced and newly qualified social workers. Supervision, and access to excellent training opportunities are in place.
