We are recruiting for a part-time individual to join our client within their customer support team where you will answer customer queries via telephone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service!
Key Responsibilities
1. Answering all inbound telephone and email enquiries
2. Onboarding of new customers to ensure understanding of processes
3. Accurately recording the detail of each inbound and outbound call on the company database.
4. Using this information to continually improve your own and the team’s performance.
5. Proactively highlight areas where additional training may be required.
6. Surveying existing customers on their experience
