FRS are recruiting an Accounts Assistant for an SME who are within the FMCG sector. The company require candidates with knowledge of Xero & MS Excel ideally. Suitable candidates will have an all rounded knowledge of transactional finance & work within a similar, hands on role within an SME at the moment. You'll be reporting into the Finance Director daily & have the ability to manage your own workload, ensuring efficient practice & supporting the FD during month end. Duties Listed Below Purchase and Sales Ledger Data entry into Sage 50 Supporting with VAT queries Raising, sharing & logging invoices with customers & suppliers Resolving any queries raised from customers or suppliers Processing Expenses, Rebates and Payments Assisting the Finance Director with their month / year-end duties Answering telephones/emails and dealing with queries Chasing payments over the phone and via email
