We are looking for a self-motivated go-getter (and a quick learner!) to join our fast-growing content and creative team in Europe. Partner with clients to help unlock their brand’s full creative potential on Amazon and other marketplaces through copywriting and design initiatives. You’ll feel comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities at once, have strong time management and communication skills, and possess a keen eye for detail and visual aesthetics particularly when it comes to design (infographics, brand stores, social media, etc.). You’ll partner with other team members to bring content and creative projects to life while gathering and addressing direct client feedback along the way. The ability to think creatively and outside the lines is always encouraged.
Responsibilities:
* Become an expert on all marketplace content and creative offerings including tools, internal processes, and best practices
* Help develop and implement content strategies to support client's business objectives
* Optimize Amazon and marketplace content including keywords, titles, bullet points, and image stacks
* Work with the design team to create graphics for client product detail pages, stores, and A+ Conduct competitor research and analysis to support content and creative recommendations
* Create Amazon post and customer engagement calendars and track performance metrics
* Help build content trackers and timelines to keep projects on track and communicate project status
* Learn the basics of client services and support senior content team members and account managers in client communications
* Collaborate with the content team to ensure that all assets align with brand guidelines and are optimized for conversion.
* Support cross-functional collaboration with other teams to ensure success
* Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices for content creation and optimization.
Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, English, design, or a related field
* 2-4 years of professional experience
* Proven in your ability to write powerful copy for products and brands
* Content creation project management comprising of textual, imagery, and video. Experience of this within the Amazon ecosystem would be beneficial but is not essential
* Using keywords to optimize content for organic ranking
* Briefing and coordination of designers and other specialists and partners to deliver on their specific tasks
* Proven team player having built strong relationships with global teams, clients, and partners
* Working understanding of paid media offerings from Amazon, Facebook, Google, TikTok, and YouTube
* Familiarity with the dynamic marketing or advertising environment
* Experience communicating with and supporting internal and external stakeholders
* Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (both written and verbal)High level of proficiency with Microsoft suite of products (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
