Location: Beckenham, London, SE6 Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum About the Role As an IT Technician at the site, you’ll be a crucial member of the IT team, ensuring that staff and students have the technical support they need. You’ll contribute to a comprehensive and efficient IT service for the academy, with occasional work across other schools within the wider London IT Service cluster. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line IT support for staff and students. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of IT systems and networks. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Support with the setup and configuration of new equipment and software. Assist in the development and deployment of IT projects.
