Salary: £54,793 – £60,326 depending on skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Managing aspects of the Project lifecycle enabling the Project to meet the needs of customers/users and achieve financial or other targets Contributing to organisational policies, standards, and guidelines for measurement. Reviews data collection and storage mechanisms (including automation) to support measurement Assisting the user community in the provision of transition support and change planning and liaises with the project team. Monitors and reports progress on business readiness targets, business engagement activity, training design and deployment activities, key operational metrics and return to productivity measures Translating communications/stakeholder engagement strategies into specific activities and deliverables. Facilitates open communication and discussion between stakeholders, acting as a single point of contact by developing, maintaining and working to stakeholder engagement strategies and plans Providing informed feedback to assess and promote understanding – Captures and disseminates technical and business information Utilising methods, tools, techniques; selecting appropriately from plan-driven/predictive approaches or more adaptive (iterative and agile) approaches Your skills and experiences: Essential: Awareness of business unit policies and processes Experience of working in an IT Function Excellent customers and stakeholder management Desirable: Evidence of problem solving and issues, managing resolutions, corrective actions, lessons learned and the collection and dissemination of relevant information Foundation level of experience in delivering objectives in line with some if not all of the Project Management IM&T skill sets Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The team: This role will be deployed from the DTS PMO into the DTD&I FalconWorks team to support the Odyssey Training Transformation Programme. This programme has 6 work streams, and this role will be responsible for the project management of the IT and Facilities work packages within the programme and dual report into the DTD&I Business Partner as well as a dotted line into the Overall Odyssey project.
