Reliability Engineer Job Description
To deliver and sustain the reliability agenda outlined by the GL/PSM, providing first line support to all plant and process. This involves actively participating in problem-solving and Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, utilizing lean tools and techniques.
Effective communication is crucial in this role, requiring the ability to convey information both upwards and sideways, ultimately delivering value through service.
This position is ideal for individuals with a time-served Engineering apprenticeship in a relevant field, such as Field Maintenance Craft (FMC).
Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, based on experience and location.
