Job summary As a member of the Interweave Team, you will provide project support and experience to support the delivery of the Shared Care Record Programme. Working with our stakeholders to ensure access and the best use of systems and digital technology to support the delivery of patient care. Additionally, you will support the PMO to develop policies, guidelines and processes are in place that support the delivery of project and change management across the collaborative.
