We are now recruiting for a Timber Frame Panel Maker to join our dedicated workshop team, engineering and producing high-quality panels that provide the structural framework of our timber frame buildings.
In addition to this, as our Timber Frame Panel Maker you will be responsible for:
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Selecting and preparing materials.
* Processing and assembling timber components to exact specifications.
* Performing systematic quality inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
* Collaborating with team members to meet project goals.
* Maintaining a clean, safe working environment.
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
* Previous experience in timber framing, carpentry, or similar trades (preferred but not essential).
* Confident using hand and power tools.
* Skilled in reading technical drawings
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to high-quality work.
* Physically fit, well-organised, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
* Positive attitude with a solution-focused mindset.
