What Will Your Future Role Be? Perform maintenance and repairs of lift systems Diagnose technical issues and execute solutions effectively and efficiently Provide excellent customer service by communicating with clients about their needs and the services performed Collaborate with our technology team to enhance our software and hardware solutions based on field insights Maintain accurate records of work performed and ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations You Are the Right Person for Us If: You have an NVQ Level 3 in Lift Maintenance, or equivalent experience You have proven experience in lift maintenance and repair You are familiar with the latest technological advancements in the industry You have excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail You are a strong communicator and able to work independently as well as part of a team You are committed to providing exceptional service and take pride in your work Bonus Points: Experience with smart building technologies Certification in lift maintenance or relevant technical qualifications ✏️ How to Apply?
