The main responsibilities for the German Speaker Business Administrator role are:
* Administer the setup of new clients and organize VAT & EPR Registration documents.
* Communicate seamlessly with clients, colleagues, and external partners via phone and email.
* Stay on the cutting edge of industry changes, self-educating to maintain expertise.
* Tackle ad-hoc administration tasks efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain transparent internal communication for an optimal customer journey.
* Organize and update internal computer systems with relevant information.
