Our client is looking to appoint a Repairs and Maintenance Manager to join their team based in Invergordon. If you have management experience in building maintenance, asset management, or housing and are passionate about delivering high-quality services, we want to hear from you.
Summary:
As a Repairs and Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the team. You will support the team to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of repairs, voids, compliance and planned work programmes across the Highlands.
You will lead the team to deliver cost-effective and customer-focused services, ensuring all mandatory and statutory requirements are met while identifying areas for continuous improvement.
You will be passionate about safety and ensure compliance with all mandatory and statutory requirements and will be proactive in seeking efficiency, be able to identify and drive areas for improvement and use data to inform how we shape our services in both the short and longer term.
Person Specification:
A qualified technical background linked with extensive trade experience or management experience in a relevant sector.
A mindset that places meeting customer expectations at the heart of all that you do.
Experience in the delivery and management of compliance.
Leading and encouraging a performance management culture, reporting on KPI’s.
Strong people management skills with a proven track record of supporting others with their own personal development.
The ability to set clear direction for the team and work collaboratively with other colleagues to achieve the best outcomes.
Other job titles you may have had are Maintenance Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Operations Manager, Building Maintenance Manager, Maintenance Team Leader, or an Asset Manager.
