Position: Production Planning Administrator
Salary: £22,687 to £23,555
Position: Permanent
Location: Lincoln
Working Hours: 37-hours per week: Monday to Thursday 7:30am to 4pm, Friday 7:30am to 12:30pm
We are now seeking a home-based Production Planning Administrator to support the planning administration department for a busy manufacturing company based in Lincoln.
Responsibilities:
1. Launching paperwork to accompany orders being processed through the shop floor.
2. Making amendments on manufacturing orders waiting to start and already started.
3. Liaising with other departments for guidance and instructions on making unique amendments.
4. Ensuring the latest information is updated on the system and reflected on paperwork when required.
5. Checking completed paperwork to ensure all information is present and correct prior to being sent for archive scanning.
6. Supporting the planners with the execution of the plan.
7. Working with daily reports to ensure data on the system is correct and accurate.
8. Actioning drawing and routing amendments as instructed by the Drawing Office.
9. Carrying out quantity deviations on started orders when an order has made more or less than originally planned.
10. Investigating transaction anomalies and correcting as required.
11. Assisting with the annual stock take.
12. Supporting in the production store area when required with investigating stock issues and correcting systems accordingly.
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills.
2. Computer and data literate.
3. Basic mathematics combined with analytical & logical approach, allowing for flexible methods of working.
4. Prior experience within a manufacturing environment would be a distinct advantage.
5. Target-oriented.
6. Diligent.
