A fantastic, long term client of ours are looking to add an Administration Manager to their L&D function, to manage a small team and take care of administration of L&D activities and events for the company. The role will be undertaken on an initial 6-8 month FTC and will require circa 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.
Main duties will include:
1. Management of small team
2. Booking and managing L&D events
3. Managing event feedback
4. Updating and maintaining content on system
5. Producing and hosting online events when required
6. Ad-hoc support to the wider team
The successful candidate will have:
1. Experience within management of an administrative function
2. The ability to manage a busy workload for themselves and a small team
3. Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
4. Excellent IT skills
5. The ability to work in a fast paced role.
