Field Sales Executive Package: A competitive basic salary of £27,000 £31.5k with OTE Unparalleled progression opportunities Company car Market leading training and support from our client and Pareto Regular socials in a welcoming, inclusive environment Lucrative bonus and incentive schemes Pension contributions Field Sales Executive Role: Gain a comprehensive knowledge of the business, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with clients and best sell their portfolio of products and services Perform prospect outreach via phone calls, emails and social channels, generating new business opportunities, and booking in visits to meet prospects in your territory to introduce them Work with different departments to deliver projects to deadline and to the client’s satisfaction Support customers with onsite knowledge (surveying, configuration, pricing/quote activity) Manage and report on all interactions and pipeline activity through the Company CRM Keep abreast of industry and territory changes, trends and developments, and ensure you have a sufficient knowledge on company products so you are able to sell effectively and successfully Manage contractor accounts, whilst actively selling smaller project opportunities Field Sales Executive Requirements : Ideally educated to degree level Driving Licence Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable and personable Comfortable working in a target driven environment Keen and willing to learn new skills and methodologies Highly organised with excellent time management skills Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed Pareto Law values diversity and promotes equality.
