We are looking for three Registered Nurses for two Colorectal Nurse roles and one Stoma Care nurse role to join our clients company. Youll be hospital based, supporting patients pre and post-surgery after colorectal disease/cancer diagnosis or who have or may require the formation of a stoma, and also during outpatient clinics. You will also provide training and education for Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) across the Trust. You will be part of a team of Staff Nurses providing a nursing service that delivers patient centred care and also help ensure the co-ordination of patient care across the clinical pathway in conjunction with multi-disciplinary HCPs. You also liaise with the community and continuing care teams to provide a seamless service between hospital and home for patients being discharged.
