Key Responsibilities
1. Manage day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and maintaining our high standards.
2. Lead, support, and develop the care team, promoting a positive and nurturing environment.
3. Ensure that person-centred care plans are developed and delivered to meet the individual needs of service users.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and external stakeholders.
5. Manage budgets effectively and ensure resources are used efficiently to deliver excellent care.
6. Uphold our Outstanding rating by implementing best practices, promoting continuous improvement, and maintaining quality assurance.
Requirements
1. Registered Manager experience, with a proven track record in managing care services, ideally with experience in an Outstanding-rated service.
2. Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and compliance standards.
3. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
4. A person-centred approach to care, with a passion for delivering high-quality services.
5. NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) is preferred.
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
7. Strong understanding of safeguarding and best practices in care.
