Job Overview
Opus People Solutions, on behalf of Concertus, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Administrator Assistant to join our operational team. The ideal candidate will manage system records and support project reporting, ensuring smooth and efficient project operations. This role involves bridging the gap between project and operations teams. The candidate should have strong mathematical skills and a keen analytical mindset to support financial processes and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Collaborate closely with the operational team to ensure high accuracy and organization.
2. Work effectively with professionals across the business to ensure timely information availability.
3. Set up and maintain the business management database daily, ensuring accuracy and timely data entry.
4. Ensure all financial processes are completed within agreed timescales.
5. Produce client documentation and manage the process from enquiry to contract.
6. Raise accurate invoices to clients and manage internal purchase orders.
7. Run periodic reports and assist in analysing project financials from initiation to completion.
8. Review and process quotes and relevant insurances from third-party suppliers.
9. Address internal and external queries professionally and promptly.
Desired Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong literacy and numeracy skills, excellent communication abilities, awareness of confidentiality and data protection, ability to work under pressure, and good organizational skills.
