Executive Assistant wanted - Temp-Perm.
We are currently partnering with a well-established client based in Oxford city centre, seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Diary management - scheduling and organising appointments.
2. Email management - prioritising and responding to emails efficiently. (essential)
3. Client communication - handling calls and liaising with customers/clients.
4. Meeting coordination - scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
5. Travel arrangements - booking and managing itineraries.
6. Administrative support - filing, document organisation, and maintaining records.
7. Grant applications - assisting with documentation when required.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: £23.07(45k) per hour (Weekly Pay)
Location: Oxford City Centre
