Job Description
* Manage the front desk and provide outstanding customer service.
* Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.
* Handle incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
* Manage meeting room bookings and prepare rooms for meetings.
* Maintain a clean and organised reception area.
* Assist with event planning and coordination.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
* A high standard of literacy and numeracy skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
