We are recruiting a Billing Team Administrator to To action queries in the Billing Team mailboxes, soft costs uploads and assist with other general billing team work Our standard working hours are 9.30am-5.30pm, however, we are happy to consider flexible working requests. Candidate Overview We are looking for candidates who ideally hold the following skills and experience: Posting soft costs â couriers and special delivery charges Monitoring of Billing Team Mailboxes and dealing with queries within a timely manner Assist with soft costs uploads â land registration search fees / photocopying / catering recharges Raising prebills for Trademark matters, and circulating as zipped files to PA Running iFinance reports and exporting to excel in order to reconcile prebills back to report Time and Disbursement transfers ensuring that these are processing in accordance with the Firmâs Time Recording Policy, and challenging requests which do not follow the Policy Time and Disbursement write offs ensuring that these are processed in accordance with the Additional Discount Policy, and challenging requests which do not follow the Policy Processing phase and task time amendments, ensuring that these reconcile back to the matter Providing the standard report pack in relation to audit enquiries Financial housekeeping to include matter closures Provide cover for specific tasks of other team members during periods of absence Ad hoc responsibilities as designated by Team Leader What happens next?
