The Credit Controller is a vital role within the Accounting & Finance department of a prominent firm in the Leisure, Travel & Tourism industry. Description Manage and chase outstanding debts to ensure timely payments. Perform credit checks for new customers and manage credit limits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer details and account records. Handle disputed bills and negotiate to bring payment within the agreed terms. Prepare accurate reports on accounts receivable status. Assist with the development and implementation of credit control procedures. Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments. Profile A successful Credit Controller should have: A strong educational background in Accounting & Finance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly in Excel.
