Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Service & Install Manager to lead the South West division. In this role, you will oversee a team of Fire & Security Engineers, ensuring the efficient delivery of services across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of engineers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
2. HR Management: Conduct performance reviews, manage return-to-work interviews, handle disciplinary actions, and participate in the recruitment process.
3. Operational Oversight: Ensure that service and installation activities comply with company standards and industry regulations.
4. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through meetings and site visits.
5. Scheduling: Develop and manage effective call-out rotas to ensure timely response to client needs.
6. Quality Assurance: Conduct audits to maintain high standards of service delivery.
