Salary: £24,627 per annum (pro rata £19,701.60 per annum)
Working Hours: 30 hours per week
Working Pattern: 7-day rota including some weekends and bank holidays
Location: SASH, Salford, M7 4DA

The difference you will make as a Project Assistant (Supported Housing):
This role is based at Salford Assisted Supported Housing (SASH). You will be key in the day-to-day running. The priority in your role includes the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our accommodation, including our customers.
Working with people who have a range of needs, you could be doing a variety of tasks including supporting customers in conversations with their GP, Social Services, or Benefits teams, and dealing with emergency services when needed. You’ll log all incidents to ensure accurate records are maintained, and when a customer leaves, you will clean and prepare their room for the next occupant.
About You:
* Experience supporting homeless customers and good administration skills
* Experience of working with people in a customer-facing environment
* An understanding of supporting vulnerable people – this could include having your own lived experience of homelessness or drug or alcohol addiction

Role Profile:
* Assisting in the planning and delivery of a range of personalised support and move-on plans
* Understanding the risk management process and assisting the team to organise and undertake regular reviews of support and risk

* Contribute to and maintain local partnerships
* Carry out day-to-day administration and operational duties
* Assist in collating and submitting information returns
* Act as point of contact on the phone and reception

Person Specification:
Essential:
* Experience of working with vulnerable client groups
* Experience of delivering structured support in housing or social care
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
