Job Title: Grounds Maintenance
Location: King’s Lynn
Hours: 22 per week (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday each week)
Salary: £13230 - £13349 per annum
CWA is looking for a new member of their grounds keeping team on a part-time basis to assist in keeping our King’s Lynn site in excellent condition. This is a physically demanding role involving all aspects of gardening and groundswork, from soil cultivation to woodland management, through to minor landscaping work. The successful postholder must be experienced in a similar role and hold at least a level 2 qualification in a related field, as well as holding a full UK driving license including towing a trailer due to the nature of the work being undertaken.
We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Property Services team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight-knit and supportive teams.
