About the Role - The Compliance and Quality Manager will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policies, conducting internal audits, developing and implementing policies and procedures, providing training programs, managing compliance risks, collaborating with other departments, and preparing reports on compliance activities and findings.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring Compliance: Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and policies.
* Auditing and Monitoring: Conduct internal audits to assess compliance.
* Developing and Implementing Policies and Procedures: Create and update policies and procedures.
* Training and Education: Develop and deliver training programs for staff.
* Risk Management: Identify and mitigate compliance risks.
* Collaboration: Work closely with other departments and stakeholders.
* Reporting: Prepare reports on compliance activities and findings.
