The Sales Managers role handles the day to day running of the WAV/DFW department. Coordinating between sales, administration and production. Responsible for customer interactions, resolving sales issues and managing all aspects of sales activity. They will be provided targets and report to the WAV GM.
Day-to-day duties but not limited to
Assist WAV GM to achieve/exceed delivery targets set by GM Coachwork Directors
Assist WAV GM to achieve/exceed registration bonus targets set by OEM’s
Achieve/exceed Sales targets set by GM Coachwork Directors
Assist WAV GM to implement and monitor a successful renewal program
Help develop digital technologies to drive growth without continually increasing headcount
Manage WAV/DFW sales operation overseeing coordination between sales, production, administration and after sales.
Report in life issues to production and R&D to ensure route causes to issues are found and steps taken to stop any reoccurrences.
Run sales meetings, reviewing enquiries, demonstrations and confirmations, to ensure Sales targets are achieved.
Manage initial customer complaints.
Supervising all sales staff performance across all levels, conducting periodic employee appraisals
Managing demonstration fleet & demonstration staff performance across all levels ensuring appropriate customer demonstration lead-times.
Assisting sales staff recruitment
Overseeing staff training and development programs, including H&S requirements.
Reviewing periodic reports and adjusting operations to better meet WAV/DFW sales goals
Maintain a positive outlook and attitude about the organisation and its goals, since this will directly translate to how staff takes on challenges and process changes.

What we offer
Salary: TBC
Typical working hours: 08:30-17:30pm
Your annual holiday entitlement in any holiday year is 28 days, inclusive of all public holiday entitlement
During the holiday year following the completion of 5 years’ continuous service, holiday entitlement will increase by 1 day per year up to a maximum of 33 days inclusive of bank holidays
