About the Role:
1. Deliver engaging and challenging Psychology lessons to Key Stages 4 and 5, including GCSE and A-Level.
2. Develop and implement lesson plans covering psychological theories, research methods, and ethical considerations.
3. Facilitate student-led discussions and research projects.
4. Assess student progress through essays, presentations, and examinations.
5. Contribute to the development and enhancement of the psychology curriculum.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong background in Psychology or a related field.
2. Extensive experience teaching psychology at the secondary level, preferably in a faith school setting.
3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
4. A passion for fostering psychological understanding and critical thinking.
