Job Description
Responsibilities for the HR Manager:
* Lead the HR team in daily operations
* Plan and implement strategic HR initiatives
* Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
* Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
* Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts
* Conduct performance and talent management
* Oversee training and development programs
The Successful Applicant
A successful HR Manager should have:
* A degree in Human Resources or related field
* Proven experience as a HR Manager
* Recruitment experience
* Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
* Strong leadership and people management skills
* Good understanding of HR functions and best practices
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in HR software
