Knowledge, skills and training
Essential criteria
1. NVQ / Diploma Level 2/3 in Healthcare or willing to work towards
2. Skills to manage challenging situations
3. Good organisational skills/decision making
Job specific experience
Essential criteria
4. Experience working in Health or social care setting
5. Experience of developing programmes of care for an individual or groups of patients/clients and of providing advice
6. Ability to prioritise and organise workload effectively
Desirable criteria
7. Community experience
8. Previous experience with the rehabilitation of Adult/Elderly patients
Business Travel
Essential criteria
9. Subject to the provisions of the Equality Act, able to travel using own vehicle on Trust business.
Information Technology/Resources
Desirable criteria
10. Able to evaluate data and produce reports using Microsoft Excel and Word
11. Experience of using electronic patient / service user record systems
