As a Senior Housing and Welfare Officer, you will play a vital role in helping front-line staff support residents, monitoring service performance, and driving continuous improvement within our organisation. Your specialised knowledge in Parts 6 and 7 of the Housing Act 1996 will be crucial for providing complex technical advice to staff and ensuring residents facing homelessness receive the help they need. Your expertise in housing management, income maximisation, and money management will also be highly valuable.,
