Working Hours: 42hrs per week, 4 days/nights on, 4 days off - all based in office 6am-6pm/10am-10pm/6pm-6am rotating

Main Duties:
1. Managing alerts coming from high value vehicles and communicating them to owners.
2. Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls to clients.
3. Utilising software to ensure the required compliance standards are met.
4. Working as part of a team liaising with different clients nationally.
5. Maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism when handling clients.
6. Following correct procedures for incident reporting and real time monitoring of vehicles.
7. Communicating effectively with team members, others in the business and clients.
8. Carrying out work in a safe and diligent manner and complying with all Health & Safety policies and procedures.
9. Undertaking additional duties in line with management requests as required.
10. Complying with ISO 27001 standards and procedures.
11. Meeting individually set KPIs.
12. Staying current with system information, changes, and updates.
13. Working on a number of systems unique to the contract (full training will be provided).

* Customer service experience including phone calls.
Essential:
* Applicants must have a 5-year checkable history.
* You must successfully pass a PSNI check as per BS5979 and BS7858 screening as per industry standard.
