We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to oversee Pubs, Bars, and Leisure fit-outs nationwide. This role requires strong leadership, strategic commercial management, and the ability to drive profitability while ensuring successful project delivery.

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
* 10+ years' experience in a commercial management role within a Main Contractor environment (preferable).
* Experience in Pubs, Bars Restaurant, Retail, Shopfitting projects
* Proven track record in leading commercial teams and delivering profitable project outcomes.
* BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying, HND Construction, or equivalent qualification
