As an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you will have demonstrable experience and be required to:
* Network within the Life Sciences ecosystem to develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Building a candidate community
* Promoting your own personal brand as well as Hays as a leading Recruiter within this field.
* Generating, identifying, and actioning prospective business leads.
* Sourcing and screening high-quality contract candidates.
* Owning and completing all tasks associated to the end-to-end recruitment of a contract recruitment professional, inclusive of winning new business / logos, negotiating terms, delivering appropriate talent through to closing deals with clients and candidates.
* Providing excellent service and aftercare while achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A proven track record of permanent recruitment billings
* Desire for success and self-motivation

* Experience in consulting customers and influencing where necessary.
* An ability to stand out from the crowd and a resilient approach to sales.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and a highly self-motivated attitude.
